Luke McDowell

Luke McDowell brings more than two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry to his role as TrueNet Communications’ Vice President of Engineering. In his current role, Luke oversees TrueNet’s Engineering, Digital Twin Technology and Professional Services Divisions.  He leverages his deep industry experience to lead diverse teams responsible for delivering game-changing solutions that streamline and optimize operations and enhance the customer experience.

Luke's expertise lies in advanced Fiber and Hybrid Fiber Coax (HFC) network engineering and operations. His unwavering commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction has played a pivotal role in establishing TrueNet Communications as one of the nation’s leading companies in the field.

Luke began his career with STG Engineering in 1997 as a drafter/designer and steadily progressed in engineering roles over the years. His tenure coincided with STG's acquisition by Truevance, which later transformed into TrueNet Communications. Luke served as Operations Director of Wireline Engineering, showcasing his dedication and leadership within the organization.  He is a member of the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE), reflecting his commitment to industry advancements and best practices. With a proven track record and a focus on cutting-edge technology, Luke is a key contributor to TrueNet Communications’ success in the dynamic telecommunications landscape.
