Nicole Quinn

Nicole brings over two decades of experience in Human Resources and recruitment to her role as Vice President of Human Resources at TrueNet Communications.

Nicole is recognized for her expertise in all human resources disciplines and for developing and driving innovative people-first programs and experiences, aimed at expanding organizational capabilities.

Nicole’s professional journey began at Credit Suisse, where she progressed through various HR roles until reaching the position of Vice President of Global Diversity and Inclusion. She also served as the Corporate HR Director of Strategic Initiatives at Northwell Health.  In this role, she spearheaded shaping and implementing HR strategies for the largest healthcare system in the Northeast US.

Nicole is an alumna of Long Island University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology. She furthered her education by obtaining a Master of Science in HR Management from The New School, in New York. With a strong foundation in both academic and professional achievements, Nicole brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success to her role at TrueNet Communications.
