People. Our more-than-25-year history with telecommunication deployments has been possible for one reason: our team. With an average industry tenure of 18 years with our support staff and leadership team, we provide the experience that will make a difference.
Culture of Quality. For more than 35 years, TrueNet has been engaged in the design, planning, and building of fiber-optic networks for communication carriers and cable operators. A mistake in a network doesn’t affect just one customer, but thousands. Our success in this sector is attributable to our commitment to quality first and in everything we do. This “culture of quality” permeates every TrueNet division, greatly benefiting every project.
Project Management. A successful roll-out starts with a clear understanding of the customer’s objectives and timelines in our preliminary discovery meeting. The data gathered will serve as the basis for the resulting statement of work (SOW) that will guide the project as well key performance indicators and periodic reviews. The TrueNet project manager will review the SOW with the leadership team to ensure appropriate resources are available and then conduct a kick-off call with the TrueNet staff before project commencement.
Tools. Record keeping can be the demise of any project, but with TruTrack, our proprietary support system, every work order is entered and each tasked is detailed to ensure an accurate installation.
Our Partners. TrueNet brings a well-tenured group of partners with a solid national footprint. As local experts in their communities, they bring a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to enhance the relationship with both TrueNet and our clientele.
