Typical is the work we provide for an international communications equipment OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), where as an Authorized Service Provider (ASP), TrueNet provides Installation, Commissioning & Integration (ICI) services throughout much of the southeastern United States.
Scope of Work
As one of only a handful of companies across that U.S that have achieved the OEM’s Authorized Service Provider (ASP) status, TrueNet has the ability to service and support much of the OEM’s product line. Our ICI senior technicians/field engineers are among the industry’s elite whose skills have been honed through years of experience and technical and product certification training. Every ICI engagement is customized to meet the specific requirements of the project, the wireless carrier and the OEM’s product certification requirements. Typical projects have included:
- 4G LTE Upgrades – During the initial roll-out of 4G LTE, TrueNet Communications provided ICI services to upgrade the OEM’s 3G equipment to 4G/LTE at thousands of cell sites throughout the Southeast.
- 4G LTE Capacity Upgrades -As cell sites reach capacity on their existing frequencies, wireless carriers add new frequencies to increase capacity. TrueNet currently performs 2nd, 3rd and 4th carrier adds for the OEM’s wireless client cell sites with thousands of sites upgraded to date.
Results
The OEM has one of the most stringent QA/QC processes in the industry and only ASP’s that consistently achieve the required ratings are offered new work. TrueNet’s ratings are among the best in the program and the company continues to be requested to provide support on new projects as they arise.
